The "From Strategy to Field: Experience Panel" with the participation of valuable speakers from Akbank, Beymen, Koç Digital and Odeabank, the success story of using Informatica, examples of applications in the field, how problems were overcome and experience sharing were very interesting. The prominent topics of the panel centered around data management, analytical excellence and data governance strategies.

Gamze Kaplan Gökalp talked about Odeabank's analytics center of excellence project and shared strategies to accelerate and expand data governance processes. Another prominent theme was the use of cloud-based data governance and Informatica's hybrid architecture. Gökalp shared the bank's efforts to invest more in the cloud and use it efficiently with the pandemic process and technological developments. She also stated that the initiative created for the launch and enterprise-wide implementation of generative AI use cases plays a critical role in the bank's innovation journey.

Sezgin Gazioğlu emphasized Akbank's significant investment and success in data management and stated that data management requires not only a technical but also a cultural transformation. Gazioğlu stated that Akbank's data management strategy aims to democratize data and prioritize the concept of data product.

Serdar Kiraz shared information about Beymen's data management and analytics processes, emphasizing that data quality, accuracy and customer-product matching are critical and that they have taken serious initiatives in this regard. Emphasizing the importance of cloud for fast processing and transfer of data, he shared Beymen's transition process to cloud and the advantages of this process for the company in detail.

 In his speech, Ayhan Demirci shared details on Koç Group's data management strategies and shared that the digital transformation initiative, which started in 2016, aims to organize companies' data awareness, data ownership and organizations more effectively. He especially emphasized the establishment of a solid data infrastructure before data management and artificial intelligence projects and stated that this approach is a factor that increases the speed of projects. He also explained how Koç Group evaluates factors such as hybrid cloud, on-premise and multi-cloud while determining data management and artificial intelligence strategies. Demirci shared detailed information about the Coach GPT initiative, which was launched to ensure unity between business units and companies within the company in GenerativeAI.
