Mercanlar was recording metrics from production, supply and sales channels in operational databases. Apart from the departments requesting the reporting processes from the IT department, there was a need for an area where they could prepare their own reports and see the reports that were ready.

The existing database structure of Mercanlar was analyzed. The data to be transferred to the DWH environment for analysis was determined. In order to provide solutions to the needs of the business units, an agreement was reached on the data to be processed and reported by working with the teams. A data pipeline was designed. According to the requirements of business needs, transfer from source systems to target systems was planned by considering data timeliness.
Integration and optimization processes were completed in collaboration with Mercanlar's expert teams. Report dashboards were prepared by connecting with the Reporting/Visualization program. Trainings were planned to create reports as self-service and to increase the competence of the team.
