One of the main objectives of the project was to integrate product master data across different countries and ERPs.
By eliminating repetitive work done by users, it was aimed to prevent possible errors. With the data quality models applied, it was aimed to ensure the consistency of the product master data.
In advanced analytics models implemented with AI technologies and machine learning algorithms, an approach was determined to increase sales performance by minimizing deviations arising from product master data.
Within the scope of the project, firstly the existing product master data was profiled and the problems were identified. Target ERPs and third-party applications to be integrated were identified, data quality rules related to the product master data were created.
After profiling the product master data with IDQ and identifying the existing problems, the design of the product structure was determined on Product360. Product hierarchy and attributes at different levels were identified and functionalized on the solution.
Import templates were prepared for users to create product data with excel files. An information infrastructure was created for feedback on errors that may occur during import. The product scoring algorithm was created in an architecture that continuously scans the system to score the quality of the product data created on Product360. Product360's APIs were used for integrations with target ERPs. Media Manager solution was enabled to associate digital assets with the product.
