Data and Analytics Strategic Assessment
The main objective of this project was to ensure that the Eczacıbaşı Group's journey and projects to create value from data would be more efficient, and that these projects would be more successful and provide a better output for all Group organizations in the coming years. It was to find the biggest areas of shortcomings and to address the issues related to these areas before these problems arise.

Rota Project
The Rota project was a wide-ranging project with 6 organizations and 200 colleagues from the Eczacıbaşı Group, 3 companies from Komtaş supported by 13 senior consultants, and 60 joint meetings held over 5 months.
For the Eczacıbaşı Holding project, we used the data and analytics strategy framework called DnA, which we developed within Komtaş over the years.
Within the scope of the project, we completed the work together with Damalink, our data management and governance specialty company, Digitallency, our data warehouse and business intelligence specialty company, and Analythinx, which specializes in big data and analytics.
At the end of the Rota project, we evaluated the data analytics development processes for each Eczacıbaşı organization. The technologies to be used in data analytics transformation were evaluated and timetabled. Data Governance models were examined and appropriate models were selected for each Eczacıbaşı organization.
